I like this one too. I think he needs a little 5 'o clock shadow or something, because here he looks a little young. But he's cool, and with the slightly-untied necktie, you know he's a badass :)

It's damn cool, but it might look a bit more natural if you put the arms closer to the body, in my opinion. Also, an underarm holster for the pistol in his hand might look badass :D

Goodness, if I could get some reference for a underarm holster (a picture of one) I would totally put one on him. When I try draw one it looks really weird.
